Last year, for all the council candidates running for office, and who had Facebook accounts, I posed a series of questions to them. I still have their replies. Some responded with great answers, some did not respond at all. For those who did respond, it allowed me to formulate an opinion, based on their answers, and allowed me to decide who to vote for. All those I voted for were successful in their bid, except one. One thing that I am going to suggest is to broadcast any candidate forums, and council meetings, through the internet. Easily done. The communications person could do this. This greatly increases the communication to the people beyond just the newsletter, and any other newsletter going around. We could hear the council and the people in action. So, thats my suggestion. And I am communicating it to the council.
