Lastly this one here is a quick sparring match between Spencer Withers and i. i wanted to show Del that he needed to move around a bit more and take his shots when he sees a good opening so i did this and just did boxing only for this spar. unfortunately i am so used to kicking that i accidently went for a kick around the 2 second mark and 12 second mark so i stopped myself and look a bit awkward around 12 seconds. Lastly i did unfortunately throw in a kick around 52 seconds but it was used to stop his kick so yea. funny trip at 30 seconds by Spencer and i hope you guys enjoy. If there is anything you guys would like to see please let me know, i will be trying to do my best to post videos each week starting this week about what we do in the dance studio, including work outs, sparring matches and techniques if need be otay.
