Lat Pulldown, an exercise that 90% of the gym folks do completely wrong. If you really want a well built up back with good lat size you have to squeeze those lats. How? Sit as upright as possible, arms in a vertical line with your upper body. Lean slightly forward so that the bar would hit your head when pulling it down. The very last moment you turn again into an upright position and pull it as much down as possible (close to sternum) to really squeeze those lats.
