Late night thoughts: -Going to Disneyland is basically paying to get into an enormous Disney store, and all the rides and shows are just more advertisements for the merchandise. -Imagine what pets think of their owners spending most of the day sitting and staring at glowing rectangles, laughing intermittently. -Since dinosaurs came first, we should be saying "hadrosaur-billed birds", not "duck-billed dinosaurs" when talking about ducks and hadrosaurs, respectively. -How did they first invent the ruler? Is there some original ruler that all subsequent rulers were measured against to make sure they were straight? And what if that ruler was actually slightly wrong?
