Late start (5:30am) but its DONE!!!!! RevAbs Total Strength! Awesome Awwwwwwsome Early Bird Morning workout!!! Its shower time then refuel my body for 9am Zumbaaaaaaaa fiesta at Page Mill YMCA!!! If morning is not for you, join my evening Zumbaaaaaa fiesta at 574 Arastradero 6:30pm!!! Today I am most definitely wearing my best accessory-----> SWEAT!!! Whatever you do, make time to exercise at least 30 minutes! Have a Terrific Thursday ;)
