Late this past Tuesday night, the president signed into law my sponsored legislation H.R. 4924, the Bill Williams River Water Rights Settlement Act. With the president’s signature, this bill now has the unanimous support of every single member of both the legislative and executive branches of our government. I consider this legislation to be one of Arizona’s biggest victories this year. However, there has been a misinformation campaign against the bill going around Mohave County and I want to set the record straight.
