Lately I have been looking at different ways to target glutes, really give them a good workout! This is a great way of doing it because your back has awesome support and you can use lighter weights with heaps of reps or quite heavy weights and still stay very controlled throughout the exercise. Always squeeze inner thighs & glutes tight and thrust hips holding for a second before lowering. Love this in my weekly workouts! Defying the Impossible!
