This brings the total shares purchased to 141,434,793 at an average price of Php 0.5309. #MER - Signing of Interim Power Supply Agreement between Meralco and PanAsia Energy, Inc. On December 4, 2014, Meralco signed an Interim Power Supply Agreement (IPSA) with PanAsia Energy, Inc. for the supply of energy by the Limay Power Plant to MERALCO. The IPSA shall be effective upon the issuance of the final approval by the Energy Regulatory Commission and shall expire on July 25, 2015. The IPSA will involve the sale of up to 270 MW of electric power from January 26 to April 25, 2015 and up to 180 MW of electric power from April 26 to July 25, 2015. The IPSA was entered into to help mitigate the impact of the forecasted supply constraint during the summer months of 2015, as part of Meralco’s continuing efforts to source additional capacities through interim bilateral contracts with power producers with available contracted capacity. #HI - Declaration of cash dividend amounting to Php 0.03286 per preferred share to the preferred stockholders of record as of December 29, 2014 amounting to Php 2,898,481.53.
