Latest Film Watched: Looper (15). This Sci-Fi, action-thriller takes us to the year 2044. Time Travel has not been invented yet but in 30 years it will have been. Joe works as a Looper, a futuristic assassin who kills targets sent back in time by a criminal organisation. There is one rule.. that you do not let your target escape.. even if that target is you. The rules are put to the test when Joe is forced to close his Loop and eliminate his future self and when he cant bring himself to pull the trigger, a desperate race against time begins as Joe starts to unravel his own future and older Joes past.. For me this movie failed to capture my attention. there is a lot of pointless boring scenes and its a lot more confusing than it has to be. But it is a very good story.. imagine having to kill your future self...... Starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Bruce Willis, Emily Blunt, Paul Dano, Piper Perabo and Jeff Daniels. Rating: (y) (y) (y)
