Its topics will cover rule of law, the internet and protection of human rights and international cooperation in human rights issues. 2. Liberian President and Nobel laureate Ellen Johnson Sirleaf was conferred the prestigious Indira Gandhi Prize for Peace, Disarmament and Development by President Pranab Mukherjee on 12th Sept. 3.
