Latest on my personal IRS debacle. Received the e-mail from Money - TopicsExpress

Latest on my personal IRS debacle. Received the e-mail from Money Gram today with the letter to IRS (although they said yesterday that it would take 2 to 3 business days, cudos to MoneyGram), explaining that when the payee (IRS) deposited my money order, the bank cashed my $812.80 money order in the amount of $12.80. They also sent a front and back copy of the money order. So I called IRS (waited 30 minutes, talked to Mr. Moscone for about 10 minutes), and they told me to mail the clear copy of the money order and the letter to IRS, along with an explanation of what had happened. I am to mail them to Kansas City, which I will do tomorrow. Updates to follow in this continuing saga.
