Latest power, whole food blend: 2 cups of spinach leaves 1 cup of blueberries 1 avocado 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt 7-10 Brazil nuts 2 cups of unsweetend vanilla almond milk Sprinkle in some cinnamon and blend. Makes a couple large shakes for the day. Excellent way to get a ton of high quality nutrients in without having to eat them. If a person wanted more protein, simply add in 2-4 scoops of a protein you like.
