Booking process very efficient but with the personal touch of quickly answered emails and queries. Things to do that make this a great break: Soak in the hot tub with a glass of fizz (all the better if the weather is bad). Take a walk in spectacular Blean Woods. Eat Oysters in Wheelers, Whitstable. Have a pint on the beach in the Old Neptune,Whitstable. Doing anything in Whitstable. Linger in the wet room rain shower with the water as hot as you can bear. Walk the 30 seconds to the Royal Oak and sit in front of the open fire feeling smug you only have a 30 second walk back. Fall asleep in the garden in summer looking out over open fields. Catch a bus just outside to Canterbury. Pile more logs on the fire and watch it glow into the night. An hour from London but a world away.
