She was spot on every time. During negotiations, Gina is practical and tactical. She made sure that I got the best deal that I could get. I moved into my home and gained more than 10K in equity, a washer and dryer, fridge and cash towards closing! It was not easy, but again Gina fought for me (or maybe it was the twins). Lending was not easy. It was a nightmare. But Gina stepped in many times to deal with my lender, and push the process forward. She rolled with the punches. She didnt have to do that, but she did because she cared. Shes committed to her clients. When it was time for closing, Gina was at title company with me at 10pm ! No other realtor would do that. But Gina Tran did, and I felt comforted that my realtor was next to me. I knew that Gina was not going to let anyone take advantage of me or charge me fees that were unreasonable. In summary, Gina Tran is the best realtor out there. You cant get better than Gina. Take it from me. Gina was put through the ringer, while pregnant with twins, and she never dropped the ball. Trust me when I tell you, Gina will be one of the most sought after realtors in Houston!
