Latest update - I went yesterday for my 3rd test socket try on but this time it had a knee and foot attached. It still requires adjustments where there are some spots too big that allow air pockets and wont suction. However, I did get to take two steps forward & backwards with it on. The plan is to go back in 3 weeks for the final leg! Otherwise, I walked through the house to the kids rooms the past two weeks and cleaned their tornado struck messes with help from Andrea. I only thought Tylers room was bad until I got to Morgans! They cant get messy rooms by me anymore. Lol Messy wasnt even the word for it. It was awesome to get into their bedrooms to be able to clean up the crazy mess though. Last Sunday, I took my walker to church with me and sat in a chair during service vs my wheelchair. So much more comfortable plus it honestly made me feel more like really being part of church if that makes any sense. My health continues to improve although I still have horrible issues with my bladder, bladder spasms & this catheter! I believe one day soon God will heal my bladder. I go back to urologist in Knox next Wed. My wound has finally started to try to close up and hoping that will happen soon. Ive also lost another 16 lbs since March! Overall Im doing better everyday for most part. My pain mgmt is getting better but I still have pain everyday. Ive about came to the conclusion that Ill have some the rest of my life. Ive had horrible hip/back pain on my left side & hoping it passes soon. Ive been getting out and about pretty much everyday which helps me a lot. Keeps me out of this hospital bed, doing and my spirits up however Im running out of places to go. Lol I do have a trip planned to my family in Charleston end of the month and Im very nervous about the ride so please keep remembering me in prayers & we have a trip with no complications!
