Law Is statement of fact, deduced from observation, to the effect - TopicsExpress

Law Is statement of fact, deduced from observation, to the effect that a particular natural or scientific phenomenon always occurs if certain conditions are present. the second law of thermodynamics is a law, gravity is a law. These things are constant They happen the same way under the same circumstances. Can you really say that our country has laws ? The HoodRats in Ferguson are on tape commuting are manor of crime that most will never be prosecuted for. Hundreds if not thousands of people in the state of Missouri were jailed for the same crimes in 2014. Same race, Same gender, Same age. If the looters are not arrested are they breaking a law ? If the police refuse to arrest are they breaking the law ? If the police are guilty of breaking the law does not violate the code of conduct for remaining on the force ? I can go on for pages of real life examples here in America showing the very same process. The fact that Obama is in the White House verifies we are not a nation of laws. You dont have to argue and debate the citizens requirements, in the state of Indiana people are serving time for falsifying significant documents that allowed him on the ballot, if they are guilty and have been judged so, how can those patently fraudulent help elect him ? Our history as a nation is filled with examples of such things as Obama and Ferguson. If we were to look at the law as a set of rules designed govern a culture then let me query this. If every rule is subject to interpretaion by a different officer of the law, and a different attorneys interpretation as to its enforcement and a different judges opinion of its meaning, is there really a law or just a lot of opinions ? I maintain we are not a nation of laws, I dont believe we were ever supposed to be. I believe that we are a nation of principles. If we follow the principles of the rules that we are governed by our problems cease to exist. Following the principles set forth in the constitution would mean that We The People have responsibility to keep a non American from sitting in our Whitehouse. If We The People accepted responsibility for our own actions the Hoodrats in Ferguson wouldnt be burning and looting. If they started We Would stop this travesty. Apply the principle to any issues in our history and everything would change. Its precisely the lack of following our founding principals that brought us to this point. To live by principal requires Honor, Honesty and Courage. Interesting that those are exactly the qualities needed to form a New Country, and the lack of those qualities cause you to loose a once great nation. — with Jeanne Johnson-Afv, John Carman, Andrew Leech and 12 others.
