Law enforcement is searching for two missing children, believed to be with their biological mother. Kimmilah Brown Eyes, age 9, and Mia Brown Eyes, age 8, were last seen leaving General Beadle Elementary after school on Oct. 28. The girls were supposed to walk to Girls Inc. after school, but did not arrive. They were reported missing by their foster mother. Multiple sources have reported that the girls are with their biological mother, Lori Red Paint (also goes by Lori Brown Eyes), age 32. The State of South Dakota currently has legal custody of the children, and authorities are concerned for the girls’ safety. Police have information that Red Paint and the children may be in Rapid City, Pine Ridge, or Chadron, Neb. Red Paint currently has an active warrant for theft. Ensuring the safety of the girls is the top priority for law enforcement. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Lori Red Paint, Kimmilah Brown Eyes, or Mia Brown Eyes must call law enforcement to report it. Anonymous tips can also be sent by texting ‘RCPD’ and the information to 847411.
