Laws and Regulations - Occupational heat exposure is a topic closely monitored by OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). Essentially, OSHA is an organization within government that establishes minimum requirements for safety within the workplace. It is the responsibility of management to ensure that these safety minimums are achieved. Furthermore, OSHA promotes the right for every worker to be entitled to a safe environment and gives power to employees to help identify potential safety issues.
