Le Marx Badelles: I intend to post this with a little delay in mind, and with the assumption that Mayor Regencia is prompt enough and he’ll be able to deliver his report on Oct. 8 like what other first-time mayors and governors did. Unfortunately, he is not brave enough to do it. Anyway, here it is. Practically, there are four core areas that the mayor must address to, namely: 1. Restoration of Peace and Order 2. Elimination of Drug Lords (and Drug Problems) 3. Reacquisition (Pagbawi) of the Iligan Diesel Power Plants (IDPPs) and 4. Sendong and Calamity Funds . (I’ve selected these 4 areas since these are the main issues/promises he repeatedly bragged during his campaign rallies and sorties) 1. Restoration of Peace and Order – Mayor Regencia FAILED embarrassingly in this area. Considering that this is his most proclaimed supposed-to-be FIELD OF EXPERTISE. But what happened? In the Month of July alone, there were about 30 known killings (and carnappings) that took place within Iligan City. What compounded to this disgrace is that, NONE OF THESE KILLINGS WAS SOLVED AT ALL!!! Now, what happened to Nanding Solijon’s case???....... MAYOR, PLEASE DON’T FORGET THIS PROMISE BECAUSE THIS PROMISE CONVINCED (FOOLED) YOUR PEOPLE TO VOTE FOR YOU!!! 2. Elimination of Drug Lords (and Drug Problems). MAYOR REGENCIA YOU FAILED MISERABLY!!! F _ _ K YOU!!! CHECK SARAY AND TAMBACAN… DRUG BUSINESS OPERATIONS HAVE BEEN NORMAL AS EVER. TAMAN RA KA SA PAPOGI!!! WALAY AGI!!! 3. Reacquisition (Pagbawi) of the Iligan Diesel Power Plants (IDPPs) – Mayor Regencia… you have been “MYSTERIOUSLY SILENT” ABOUT THE ISSUE ON IDPPS SINCE YOU TOOK OFFICE IN JULY. WHY?????? BUSOG PA KA SA 5 MILLION PESOS NGA GIPA-UM-UM SA MGA ALCANTARA ARON PAHILUMON KA ANI NGA ISYU???? 4. Sendong and Calamity Funds – THIS IS ONE OF THE BIGGEST ISSUES, PERHAPS THE BIGGEST, THAT PUT STAIN ON THE CRUZ ADMINISTRATION, AND HELPED CELSO REGENCIA WIN AS MAYOR. AGAIN, MAYOR REGENCIA, WHY ARE YOU SO “MYSTERIOUSLY SILENT” ABOUT THIS??? WHY CAN’T YOU HAVE A FORMAL CLOSURE ON THIS ISSUE? When u said the FUNDS are intact, did u mean that the Cruz Administration was Innocent of any wrongdoings???? Can u put that on paper with your signature affixed??? NGANONG GIPAHUNONG NA MAN NIMO ANG INVESTIGATION SA SENDONG FUNDS… TUNGOD BA KAY INTERESADO KA SA INTEREST SA MGA KWARTA NGA NAA SA MGA BANGKO??? =>CONCLUSION: MAYOR REGENCIA REGISTERED AN EMBARRASSINGLY DISMAL PERFORMANCE ON HIS FIRST 100 DAYS IN OFFICE.
