LeAF was rammed tonight .All competitors and loads of them.Many tuning up for either the Welsh,Southern Counties or South Midlands Powerlifting Champs in the next few weeks. Juniors on GB squads this coming weekend as well so worked them for tidiness on various issues according to need. So any in squat rack one that Owen had to make up a written rota. Twos for many and some on singles according to competition targeted .Steve up to 200,Alistair 220,Owen a convincing 260,Farris 160,Jack 175,Matt 175,Phil 145,,AMRIK 145,Kevin 175,Corey 190 for two-200 single . In the opposite rack Sha went up to 160 equipped and was close.Susieboo went to a pb 100kgClassic,Megan to 97.5kg squat. Including PBS,Charlie 137.5 then Deadlifted 155kg.Rosie did a gruelling regime of continuous singles - 10 singles at 110 racking in between 5-10 seconds interval. Then did same with 115 for five singles. Finished with twelve reps at 80. Rack three included three young throwers -Jack H,TomP,Danielle and Aaron. Bench bust too with Julia working competition protocol time and time again with 70kg. Impressive. Sion -still recovering from quad issues did easy Deadlift and squat then benched a 10/8/6/4/2/4/6/8/10 routine then some extras. Antonia -a -52 lifter Deadlifted 80 and benched 40 with improving form. Going well .Deadlifting trio Jack H age just 15--180,Tom P just 17--175,Aaron. 17-- 212.5!! --Impressed. Then Farris just 17 last week went up to 180kg. Bobbie -Louise worked well on cleans then bench and seated press.Sister Frankie aged 13 Deadlifted 82.5 and benched 40.Bobbie and Danielle benched 50. Tom worked full on benching the seated press-his speciality.Lucy has a blister on her hand which is getting better.Squatted her heart out not holding the bar with her hand. All the way up to 92.5kg. Driving everyone hard on form and strictness.Driving them mad a wll. Lol.Got to be done. Well done everybody.Sorry not to mention everyone.
