Coaching skills are essential. This 3 day, highly-interactive, practice based training will give you the knowledge and practice to integrate the core coaching skills into your leadership role. Curtis holds a Masters Degree in Pastoral Theology from St. Augustine’s College where he sought to integrate spirituality, community formation and social change. KarlTeichert Karl serves as the Southern Africa Director with OC Africa and Regional Coordinator of the Church Planting Alliance. He has coached Church and business leaders for several years. He has completed his coach training with Creative Results Management and pursuing accreditation with the International Coaching Federation. He received a Masters Degree in Leadership Development from Fuller Theological Seminary and Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado in Denver.
