Leaders in Training - previous campers ages 16 and 17 The Leader in Training (LIT) program is designed to grow and develop leadership and life skills that can be applied in many different settings. During the camp session, LITs will assist the counselors with daily activities, provide support for younger campers, help facilitate camper activities and participate in LIT-only programming. LITs are transitioning out of the camper role with increased responsibilities under the supervision of counselors and camp staff.
