Leadership, we sometimes view a real leader who is on top of what we know as the corporate ladder, the person who holds the top position, the position that everyone really covets. To be completely honest I would be lying if I said, I do not want to be at the top. However, over my years here I have come to discover, that being a leader does not necessarily mean being at the top. A leader is someone who can inspire others to press on, a leader who can complement and make other leaders better. I would rather be second fiddle and help a team succeed then work outside of my gifts and have the team dynamics collapse. Often times we are so focused on ourselves that we forget the whole purpose of our calling is to bring glory to God.
