Without systems, work becomes chaotic, everyone knows something but no one has a full grasp on anything. I have witnessed this in organizations and liken it to everyone bouncing around like loose ping pong balls getting very little accomplished. With systems in place, the system itself ensures consistency. If something is out of place, we can identify where in the system we need to assist or repair. With systems our focus can be on the priorities outside that system that may eventually move into and become part of the system.
