Lean Manufacturing Specialist - BH/MG This position is to work with finance/tax processes improvement initiatives applying Lean Six Sigma tools to guarantee the compliance and efficiency of the outputs. The LEAN MANUFACTURING Specialist is responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity. In this role you will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. • Lead Lean Six Sigma quality initiative for manufacturing, facilitating breakthrough improvements in key processes, and communicating to and influencing individuals at all levels • Work with process owners to map key processes, identify, prioritize and drive process improvement opportunities that contribute to growth and increased revenue • Drive simplification from ITO through OTR, from Proposal inquiry to Delivery SPAN metrics improvement • Facilitate Action Work Outs to generate projects to achieve Business Lean Objectives • Report results and issues to appropriate audiences including key leaders and process team members • Lead and manage multiple Six Sigma projects using DMAIC, DFSS, and CAP tools • Bachelors degree in Engineering • Experience in Project Engineering, Manufacturing or Operations • Fluent english • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skill • Bachelors degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred • Prior process change and Best Practice implementation experience is preferred • SIX SIGMA training is preferred • Prior Oracle/OBI experience is preferred • Ability to work in a cross-functional matrixed organization • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Ability to develop and execute priorities and plans for self and others • Strong business acumen • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and LEADERSHIP SKILLS ccarneiro77@gmail
