Leani Payne: Yesterday at 22:45: Hi, its me again. I know it seems your group is more involved in crime prevention, but we still do not have power since 23/12 @ 18:00. Only at residice wa are renting at. We have been phoning them daily & everyday we get a different story. This is really gettin rediculous. We reported it the first tim 24/12, so at forst thought we would give them some due to holiday. But this now costing us a lot of money for phone calls every day because you wait 1/2 ou before any one aswers & are basically clueless. The generator uses petrol wich we have to pay & s quite costly, just becasue these peoe cant do their job. What do you recommend we do next. Please people we are desperate!!!! I do not know where else to go for advice. Today when we called they say according to them the problen was resolved. So a new call had to be logged. My fiance got just in time while they told their dispatcher theirs no one there & he said leave them But my husbamd got there just in time & showed them the promblem but they just left anyway.
