We seek a highly competent, dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as: • Learning Advisor (Regular Position) This is key strategic role based at the Country Office in Islamabad. The position requires a sound knowledge and engagement with National & Provincial Governments, Civil Society Organizations as well as Plans Regional and National Offices in the field of Education. This post is responsible for an effective program/project design, research, and identification of key issues for advocacy and provision of technical input for quality implementation of Plan’s Education programs in line with its Country Strategic Plan. Furthermore the candidate will need to develop a comprehensive country strategy and framework for Education program with clear and measurable objectives, translated into specific activities and provide expert level support to ensure quality implementation.
