Learning To Switch Your Brain Off Try to imagine the following. You enter a grass field, sit down, and close your eyes. You suddenely feel your mind going blank as if there are no thoughts and you forget about all your worries For some people it is a rare gift to be able to induce this feeling. The action which creates this feeling will naturally vary from person to person, for example in my case, I need to switch on some music and go jogging in the Corniche, the only thing I think of is what kind of step will I take next and how my feet will be positioned. When I’m done I always feel much better about what I was worried about or sometimes very rarely, forget about it (but that doesn’t happen as much as Id hope). Different people vent in various ways, from exercising, to seeing a psychiatrist to scream therapy. Finding what suits you will (hopefully) help you in the long term, where the benefits are reduced levels of stress among others which are too lengthy to add in this piece and thus any problems likely to arise like; high blood pressure or hair lose, which will lessen since you are essentially treating the initial cause.
