You breathe almost 20,000 breaths per day. How you breathe matters. If you want to be a badass with your training, shift your focus from training harder to training smarter, simply by breathing better. Pulmonary oxygenation, i.e., breathing with efficient oxygen saturation with full diaphragmatic involvement, is a cornerstone of any healthy training regimen.
