Leg Day highlights are up! Deadlifts, weighted barbell lunges, squats, and leg presses! Not shown: Leg extensions, hamstring curls, and calf raises. For my heavier lifts like squats, deadlifts, and leg presses I allow myself a longer rest period between sets to preserve strength and allow muscle growth. In preparation for my pro debut in Las Vegas, Ive also been hammering my calves. I typically do heavy sets of both standing and seated calf raises or donkey calf raises every leg day!
