Legal Notice: To any public or private company, organization, government agency, government entity, medical facility, medical practitioner, law enforcement agency, or individual (hereafter "you") who collects, distributes, requests or otherwise uses or obtains (hereafter "use; uses) any personal data, public or private about me, Dirk Weber (hereafter "me"), you are hereby and herewith put on notice. Each instance of collection, sharing, leasing, requesting, borrowing, obtaining or using of any of data, public or private, pertaining to me in any way, shape, form or manner will incur a fee (hereafter "royalty") of no less than $125,000 per instance of use, unless and until you obtain an expressly written waiver from me detailing the specific use allowable by you. Failure to pay said royalty at the time of your use shall result in legal action taken upon you. This data is my personal and intellectual property and you have no right to it without my express written permission, in my own handwriting.
