Legal Notice to the Pakistan International Airlines Corporation. My dear Chairman Pakistan International Airlines, We had bought Economy Class PIA airfares for our 3 family members from Islamabad Gilgit 3 months back confirmed for 7th June, 2013 ob Flight 0645 LV and 0745 AR Gilgit vide Code # YCDKSA and Confirmation Numbers noted against each name: (1) UNSIA BEGUM 2117349809 (2) Ayan Abbas 2117349810 Child (3) AKS Zehra 2117401786 Child Despite repeated requests and contacts seats have not been provided to above named passengers. Even no reply is being given, While passengers who were confirmed for dates in Nov, 2013 have been sent. It appears that there is something wrong and male administration in the confirmation of seats on the route of Gilgit Baltistan. Such mal administration may be one of the major causes of the damge to the national carrier. I request you to kindly look into this and an enquiry may be held and those found responsible may be penalized and causes of mal administration may be removed and streamlined. The major tool of streamling is screening of those responsible for damage to the national carrier. If our family members are not provided seats within next 4-5 days, we reserve the right to sue the Pakistan International Airlines in the Court of Law to claim payment of damages for causing mental torture to our family members especially women and kids who have been subjected to discrimination an injustice.
