Legal Secretary (MNC) - 6 months contract (Convertible) Location : Dhoby Ghaut Working hours : 8.30am - 6pm (Monday - Friday) Salary : S$ 3000 - S$ 4000/month Job Descriptions: • Arrange meetings of large groups including senior management • Set up seminars, which can be both internal and external • Arrange conference calls across different time zones. • Make travel arrangements, coordinate info & logistics preparation for overseas trips and complete the claims post trip • Assist in preparation of presentation materials • Admin work like typing and preparing documents and letters for counsel, photocopying, printing, filing and binding documents, sending out couriers and collecting mail; help order stationery • General ad-hoc duties that being assigned, from time to time.
