Legal Supplement Part B–Vol. 53, No. 62–29th April, 2014 243 LEGAL NOTICE NO. 98 REPUBLIC OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO THE OPTICIANS (REGISTRATION) ACT, CHAP. 29:51 ORDER MADE BY THE MINISTER UNDER SECTION 8(6) OF THE OPTICIANS (REGISTRATION) ACT THE OPTICIANS (REGISTRATION) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 2014 1. This Order may be cited as the Opticians (Registration) Citation (Amendment) Order, 2014. 2. The Schedule to the Opticians (Registration) Act is amended– (a) under the item “Diagnostic Staining Dyes”– (i) by deleting the fullstop at the end of paragraph (b) and substituting the words “; and”; and (ii) by inserting after paragraph (b) the following paragraph: “ (c) Lissamine Green in sterile impregnated paper strip.”; and (b) by inserting after the item “Diagnostic Staining Dyes” the following items: “ Cycloplegics– Tropicamide 0.5% and 1%. Mydriatics– (a) Tropicamide 0.5% and 1%; and (b) Cyclopentolate 0.5% and 1% to be used on children six years of age and over.”. Dated this 14th day of April, 2014.
