Legal battle over Prince Charles’ letters reaches supreme court. - The government maintains that the content of the letters would cause constitutional difficulties and “seriously damage” Charles’s future role as king if they were published..... Is that not the same as saying that if the public saw what was in them it would be enraged with what he was doing? If that is the case then he should not have been doing it, it is also the case that if that is so then the government has no right concealing it either.
