Lemongrass is one of my favorite smells. It is a good essential oil for muscle aches and pains. I use it as a perfume but a little goes a long way! It may be sensitive to the skin so you may want to dilute is a bit before applying. It is used as an insect repellent too so a little in a spray bottle with water would work.
