Job Description: Contract to Hire position - FT salary will be 50K Collects, inputs and analyzes customer data to create customer retention, growth, and profit improvement strategies. Works with sales representatives, sales management and Leadership to developed action plans and implement strategies to retain and grow current account base. Completes Business Reviews, Wellness Checkups, Voice of the Customer Surveys, Proposals and Profitability Reviews for accounts in assigned territory. Duties & Responsibilities: • Utilizing established processes and tools, collects, inputs and analyzes customer spend data, such as carton/freight charges and order history detail. • Creates customer profit improvement action plans from analyzed data, makes recommendations and presents findings to sales and manages all follow up on developed action plans. • Works directly with sales representative and sales management as the SME for profit improvement data analysis projects including aged inventory reduction. • Completes and prepares the following diagnostic tools: Business Review, Wellness Checkup, Voice of the Customer Survey, and Profitability Review. • Monitors contract compliance on an on-going basis for accounts in assigned territory. • Acts a project coordinator for any request for proposals (RFPs) on accounts in assigned territory. • Schedules, tracks and monitors action items by account in assigned territory. • Responsible for profitability improvement and sales growth of assigned territory. • Acts as department lead for assigned area of focus (such as Business Review, Wellness Checkup, Voice of the Customer Survey, and Profitability Review). • Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Bachelors degree in business related area • 4-6 years experience or commensurate combination of education and experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong Excel and database skills • Problem solving and analysis skills • Ability to multitask • Demonstrated ability and willingness to perform as a team member on multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with high expectations for quality. • Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration and influencing skills; able to work effectively across all levels within the organization. • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. • Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Masters degree in business area helpful
