Lentil Couscous Ingredients: Tasty Bite Madras Lentils: 1 pack Couscous: 1 cup Onion: 1 medium ( finely diced) Oil: 1 tablespoon Turmeric Powder: ¼ teaspoon Water: 1 cup Fresh Coriander: 2 tablespoons ( chopped) Method: Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till cooked. Add turmeric and stir fry for a minute. Add 1 cup of water and salt to taste ( ½ - ¾ teaspoon). Allow water to boil and stir through Couscous till all the water is absorbed. Turn heat off, cover and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Empty Tasty Bite Madras lentils into a colander and drain sauce completely. Stir dry lentils and chopped coriander through cooked Couscous.
