Assurance Services Division Business Continuity Specialist To ensure organisational preparedness by identifying business continuity risks and devising strategies to minimise impact and ensure quick recovery, Degree - Business Admin / Risk management/ Commerce/ Economics with accounting or related field, with a minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience in a similar role. Investigations Specialist To identify areas susceptible to risk by gathering information and conducting investigations of suspicious transactions with the purpose of proving or disproving incidences of corruption in order to implement mitigating actions. Degree - Commerce / Accounting/ Administration/ Economics/ Law/General Accountant/ Taxation/ Policing/ Forensic Investigations, with 3 years experience in commercial crime investigations. B Tech Information Technology/ Certified Information Systems Auditor, 5 years experience in the IT environment. IT Governance Specialist To ensure the quality and security of organizational data and information by measuring, monitoring and reviewing the performance of the IT function to that value gets delivered and IT risks are managed while ensuring strategic alignment of IT with business Degree- Computer Science , with 5 years experience in the IT field. ITIL Version 3 Foundation Certification/CISM/ CISSP (added advantage). 2. Corporate Services Division Database Administrator To design, maintain and support LRA databases in order to ensure availability, optimum performance, security and data integrity at all times. Degree - Computer Science/ Information Systems/Information Technology or related field plus Oracle Certification, Microsoft Certification & ITIL Foundation, with 5 years experience in Database Administraion especially Oracle. Database Specialist To develop database designs, standards, strategies, architectures and documentation to support the LRAs Divisional ICT requirements to facilitate efficient service delivery. Degree - Computer Science/ Information Systems/information Technology or related field plus Oracle Certification, Microsoft Certification & ITIL Foundation, with 5 years experience in Database Administraion especially Oracle. Network Administrator To administer, support and maintain the LRAs Local Area Network and Wide Area Network infrastructure. Degree - Computer Science/ Information Systems/Information Technology or related field, with 1-2 years post qualifying experience. MCP/CCNA qualification an added advantage. Systems Administrator To administer, monitor, maintain and support the LRA hardware and software systems. Degree - Computer Science/ Information systems/ Information Technology or related field plus ITIL V3, MCSE and CCNA, with 3 years experience in IT support or equivalent. Systems Engineering Specialist To develop and maintain system/ network designs, standards and documentation, covering all system and networking components. Degree - Computer Science/ Information Systems/Information Technology plus ITIL V3, MCSE and CCNP, with 5 years relevant experience. Security and Surveillance Officer To implement security and surveillance services to LRA staff and property. Team Leader Supply Chain Management To procure all materials, equipment, services, works and all other supplies for use by LRA staff in Maseru and all LEA outstations in attainment of value for money when the purchase of goods and services is conducted adhering to Procurement Guidelines, Procedures and Policies manual. National Diploma - Business Administration/ Materials Management/ Stores Management Purchasing/ Supply (CIPS level 5) or a related field, with 5 years relevant experience. Public and Media Relations Officer To maintain mutual relationships with the media and other key stakeholder groups through an on-going strategic communication with these target groups. Diploma - Corporate Communications/ Communications and Media/Marketing Communications/Communication Science or equivalent, with 3 years relevant experience. 3.
