I believe that everyone has an equal opportunity to success and it is entirely up to your own personal motivation to make it happen. This movie, The Blind Side, came to me when I was reading the chapter. The inspirational story of Michael Oher covers all aspects of success, personal motivation and the three key learning points, abundance, opportunity and the power of choice. The video attached talks about his success as a football player. He is talented and has an athletic body to be a NFL player. He had the abundance, he had the opportunity when the Tuohy family took him in. He was also very determined to forget about his past, get out of it and make something out of his life, he had the power of choice. Michael had everything but something was missing and his adopted mother noticed what was keeping him from becoming a successful NFL player - a spark, a drive, an inner motivation.
