Lesson from Yesterday My experience lesson comes from the experience of a life time that took place with my daughter yesterday evening. She was approached by a stranger (so she thought). She was asked to give money for help and she did. (Something she normally doesnt do). But she said, She heard the voice of God telling her to give. She had the choice to ignore the voice and walk in disobedience and flunk her test or she had the choice to obey and pass her test of obedience and the gift of giving. The bible says, it is blessed to give than receive (Acts 20:35). It also says; Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it. (Hebrew 13:2). In her case she was definitely entertaining a Heavenly being. Please read her story. My daughter told her story and testimony on her Facebook page and I shared it on my page. She have over 60 likes and counting and many comments of friends telling her how her experience had impacted them and how they will not pass judgment anymore on anyone again when ask to GIVE. Lesson Learned: I learned two lessons from her story. When God does a miracle in your life please share it, tell your testimony (stories) dont be ashamed what others may think of you. I am proud of her and I know God is pleased with her for spreading the good news. It was a bold step to take, no matter how bizarre the story may sound she made the initiative to help others know that God and His angels are real. Another way for me as a mom to see it as a lesson for me, Is that God do answer prayers and His word will not return to Him VOID. I constantly pray for salvation for my family. God made promises to all who belongs to Him. In Acts 16:31 says, They replied, Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved--you and your household. The most important thing I can hear my daughter say was the words she spoke last night was how blessed that she felt from this experience and that she thank God for a heart of giving and that she was going get closer and bond a relationship with Jesus. Halleluiah!!!! God is good. Amen.
