Lessons not learned. Just about 2 months ago a prison vehicle no: pol 42 was so badly involved in a accident that the brand new toyoto hilux had to be write off. The vehicle firstly is driven so fast. The other reason is that there is only one vehicle to do so many duties in a day. Then they have to rush and catch up for the work they are ordered. Now a new truck is given to the prison department which would not lasy longer, they are driven so past as i can say as i have been a passenger. The same careless driver a police officer is still driving. They mostly dont have numbers at the back so no one can complain about the the over speeding or dangerous driving. This matter should by looked by the new boss before any life is lost by some one not been careful. Thank you Fatu Prisoner
