Let 2014 be the year that skill gaps in our existing network might be brought to a close. We have a host of agriculturalists urban and rural, producers and suppliers of finished goods and a collective of healers. How do we best augment the skill sets amongst these disparate parts of the community to bridge the gaps in areas where we do not presently have a readily accessible resource? If you will be that resource, how can we support you in participating in additional training which you will then return to teach us? Nothing complex. The economics of cooperation are at work here.
