Let me add that my husband is morbidly obese and it has caused many health problem for him and the addiction behind the weight has distorted our family. I have tried for the last ten years to help him get healthy. John is unable to engage with our son as a result and has had two back surgeries due to the weight. His doctors have told him he needs to loss 110lbs or will need his spine fused. John refuses to take the advice of doctors and friends to loss the weight. The back pain means pain meds and hes hooked on em and in deeper denial then ever before. But when I or his doctors push him to loss the weight and get mental health help he need for success Johns moves farther away and shut us out completely. Now I have finally pushed him to the point that he would rather loss our family than take of his serious health issue. So, for those of who think John is big because I dont care about or his health, you are very wrong! To those FREINDS of johns who say nothing to John about his poor health, do you care enough about John to straight forward with him or will continue to let me eat himself ti death?
