Let me break this down so we can know what is really being said through these words and phrases... Government=A combination of two root words... Govern (from gubernatio) meaning to control/regulate/rule. Ment (mense/mensa or mental) meaning=mind or mental state. Government by definition is the control, regulation, and rule of your mind or mental state. Politics=another combination of two root words... Poli(or poly) meaning- many (example: polygamy or many partners) Tics(or ticks) meaning-loathsome blood sucking parasitical vermin. Politics therefore means many loathsome blood sucking parasitical vermin. Now lets put these two words together to understand what is really being said... Government politics=The regulation and rule of your mind and mental faculties by a bunch of disgusting and loathsome blood sucking parasitical vermin! I can see the light bulb turning on over your head right now as you enjoy this ahh hahh moment. Care to have more fun with words and truth? Discover for yourself the root meaning of the words mon-ey, license, regis-tration, commerce, and con-gress. A picture will begin to form in your mind as to how we have been duped into willingly participating in our own slavery. Still think your vote counts? Learn what a poll is. The truth is that if you can comprehend these words and this diabolical deception and if you can distinguish the difference between right and wrong, good and bad, righteousness and wickedness then you are MORE THAN QUALIFIED to govern your own mind and life. Govern-ment and poly-ticks become obsolete and a burden upon your freedom, life, liberty, and happiness. Now more than ever we need LEADERS! not governors and politicians. What is the difference? It is simply this; A governor dictates, controls, and rules over you. A politician will bleed you dry like a parasite. A leader though is an altogether different creature. Check this out... Leader(lea-der) is a combination of two root words: Lea-meaning way or path and der-a shortened form of the word finDER. Leader is a way of saying wayfinder or pathfinder! He or she could be likened to a guide that reveals the path or way for others. The greatest Leader that I have ever discovered promised to show me the way. He said that if I would follow him that he would reveal to me the truth and that the truth would set me free. He told me that the broad and spacious road that I was on was going nowhere and so were all the other travelers along that route. When this Leader showed me the small foot path that was cramped and beset by many obstacles I thought to myself that he must be a little coo-coo. I then asked him, if the wide freeway that I just stepped off of goes no where, then where does this little foot trail lead? The man replied with one simple word...Life he proclaimed. Curiosity got the best of me so I began to follow the Leader down that cramped and narrow pathway. After all, he did not compel me to follow him...he simply extended a kind invitation to learn a new way and promised to reveal truth to me that would set me free. Besides, if that man was lying to me I could always double back to that road that I had traveled all my life but I knew deep down that he was right. I was going nowhere along that route and so were the masses with me. Very quickly I realized that this Leaders wisdom was far greater than mine and in fact before I had come across him I really knew little to nothing about anything. If I failed to follow his footsteps closely on the path I would quickly slip and sometimes get hurt. He was always kind and patient with me. He always would pick me up when I fell and he would dress my wounds like a master physician. If I lagged behind he would patiently wait until I caught up. If I came to an obstacle that I could not overcome he would assist me over it. If I grew tired he would stop so we could rest. When I couldnt go any further he would carry me. On several occasions we encountered a very old mountain lion. Although this lion was old he was fierce and an extremely experienced and adept hunter. That lion would have devoured me but he knew better than to attack when my Leader and Guide was near. I asked my wayfinder a bazzillion and one questions on our journey and he never grew weary of instructing and teaching me even when I would stupidly argue with him. I knew in my heart that he was telling me the truth. His knowledge, wisdom, logic and reasoning were superlative and unassailable. His teachings were so simple and profound that a child could grasp them. Indeed the truth that he had promised to reveal to me was setting me free! He showed me the meaning and value of love, joy, peace, faith, kindness, generosity, patience, empathy, compassion, forgiveness and self control. He revealed to me the very essence and purpose of life. His integrity, courage, and loving-kindness is unshakeable. When I questioned him as to where he received this priceless wisdom that he shared so freely he just smiled proudly and said, My Papa gave it to me. He gave it to me freely so I give it freely to anyone who asks. Yeah but arent you getting sick of me asking? I rebutted. He just smiled again and replied warmly, Keep on seeking and you will find. Keep on knocking and it will be opened. Keep on asking and it will be answered. The more that I walked and talked with my Leader and Guide the more that I grew to love him and respect him. He spoke so lovingly of his Father that I begged him to take me to Him. His response totally floored me when he said; Brian, as soon as you stepped off that road leading to nowhere and began following me you became as a brother to me. Long before you got to know me I made the long journey to my Fathers home to prepare a place for any and all who would listen to and follow me there. If you will continue to follow me to the end than you will meet my Father and he will embrace you as a son and you will have a place to reside forever and ever. But Leader! I retorted, Even if I could live forever, how could I ever pay you back for all that you have done for me?! You cant, he replied...the good news is that I have already paid the cost for you and anyone that accepts this free gift. When you arrive at my Fathers mansion you will see that their is only one law there and it can be summed up in one word...LOVE. Once you sit at the table you will see the folly of money and you will realize that the only currency in my Fathers house is peace and happiness. As soon as he spoke those words I fell to my knees with tears of joy. I reached out and grabbed his wrist and tenderly kissed the back of his hand where he had a scar from an altercation with that old lion many, many years ago. Then as if the words bubbled up from the center of my heart I looked up into my Leaders radiant face and declared, My Leader, I will follow you wherever you go. He looked me in the eyes and said, Travel back to that road that leads nowhere from which I found you broken down. Search for those that are lost there like you were. Show them the way. Set them free with the truth. Help them on their path towards the real life. What about that old lion? Will he not attack and devour me? I asked. My Leader replied, Many times I saved you from his jaws. He well knows now that you are with me. If he shows his face, command him to leave, if he persists just call for me. You well know how much he fears my name. Tread that old lion down. He will have no power over you as long as you keep your senses and do as I am instructing you. That old lions time is short and he knows it. I will return for you all soon so watch for me and listen for my voice. The next morning I arose and did just as my Leader had instructed. ---------------------------------- The above story is 100% true and told in allegory. I may have embellished a little with my colorful description of politicians and in no way do i think all of them are blood sucking parasites. Its not my place to judge anyways. I believe many of them are just lost on the road leading to nowhere like I was.
