Let me clear the air once and for all. Keep sharing if u need to cuz its not going to change! I keep seeing these Ramadan post and their starting to get on my nerves. I have been Muslim since 1979 and Im now 37 years old. Yeah I know....lots longer than most! I dont live my life for anyone except SHYQUYNA (my government name) AND Rasheeda(my child)! The ONLY woman I even bother having to ANSWER TO GAVE ME LIFE, MADE ME LOVE ALLAH AND TAUGHT ME TO LIVE MY LIFE IN MY OWN LANE! No I dont cover... that aint reveling my sins... look at my picture! I have covered, worn niquab and gloves. Im not overly sociable but ppl know who I am. I am Muslim and I only have to ANSWER TO ALLAH (swt)! For years I have watched and participated in bashing ppl who fall off the Deen. Do yall know that even though they fall off they still hold all those values close to heart. Thats why and HOW I go back and forth on my own Deen at times. These things were instilled in me like the ABCs. This life and dunya are hard PERIOD. Lie to urself but dont lie to me! I have lived in COMPLETELY MUSLIM populated areas and areas without. Im the chick who graduated in 95 rocking A SILVER HIJAB while every one wore dress clothes and I sang so they SAW ME .... MUSLIM AND PROUD! I live my life according to what is best for me and mine. My favorite surah is Al Kathuroon. To u be yrs and me mines. That applies to EVERYONE not just those who dont believe as we do! I can remember getting mad cuz I would give Salaams and not be covered and get WA ALAKIUM.... u wish me WHAT? Is what I used to want to say. And I was beyond ignorant but I held my tongue cuz I felt like I was wrong for not being covered. We have brothers and sisters who come to this country and neither do they but we give Salaams dont we???? Ok enough of my ramblings... THE POINT IS I have picked up a few new fb associates who are Muslim... if u cant stand the heat get out the kitchen. Ill put on MY HIJAB and live my life the way others want me.....ummm prob NEVER! I am who I am and before anyone gets the wrong impression FEEL FREE TO DELETE URSELF NOW, cuz Im KIKI 365! My own mother will tell u I have come a long way but arent we all still a work in progress? If I love u....I love you and for the rest of you I love u for the sake of ALLAH (SWT) without JUDGING YOU! I WILL NOT BE ADRESSING THIS AGAIN! RAMADAN MUBARAK
