Let me expose my vulnerability here; I like constructive criticism whenever there is a deviation from progressive normal to retrogressive abnormal. It is always lovely whenever a critic proffer a viable solution after his criticism. For sure, that form of criticism is for progress and development. I find it extremely difficult to manage people who would just sit at the comfort of their rooms and make themselves adversaries by fabricating lies, spreading malicious rumour, unfairly blaming others and casting aspersions. All in the name of pulling a system down. Believe me, in every environment or system you find yourself, there are some nasty, venomous, unsavory characters and they dont have anything doing than to impede progress. They usually have sleepless night if they fail to manipulate circumstances to course retrogression. If you have not seen this type of people, then you have not started. I strongly believe one needs a prophetic inspiration, prayer and wisdom to overcome such type of living obstacles.
