This is all the people that are on the Fire Department . My question is how many of these people are Volunteers, and how many are full time employees ? There are 14 Paramedic, Are they all volunteers ? Next question is, Is there any Nepotism is this fire department, or on the board itself ? What is Nepotism ? Nepotism is favoritism granted in politics or business to relatives. Just something to think about. There is only 1400 people in Frederic township, and only about 840 household in the Township. And Maple Forest Township only has 400 to 500 people that live there Does the Frederic Fire Department really need 14 Paramedics ? To become a Paramedic you must have an associate degree in emergency medical responders. With this kind of education are they going to work on a volunteer basis ? I guess I have more questions then answers.
