Let me share these with you that; Successful leaders all over the world have certain habits in common.... They have the habit of following principles. They do not lead based on their own personal urge. The first quest of a leader is to find out the basic principles that control our world and leverage on them to achieve the best results. Aligning with those principles may be tough but it pays at the end. Which area of life do you see yourself leading? What are the principles that govern that area? Are those principles based on love, self control and discipline? In our world, methods may change but principles do not change. Any leader that fails to align with principles cannot succeed. If they do, it will be short-lived! In-short, as a leader, you need principles to guide yourself in your journey so as to maintain your direction, aim, focus, objectives... e.t.c. Its in you already and It begins from you. It is well.
