Let me tell you how good God is! I have been a heavy smoker since I was 18 years old so thats 5 years of smoking half a pack a day. And I am ashamed to say that even during my pregnancy I could not seem to completely stop. Both of my children are healthy by the grace of God. This year I cried out to him and asked a pastor to pray for me. I didnt want to quit but I knew it was unhealthy and disgusting. I am happy to say it has been going in 3 weeks since I have picked up a cigarette. I do not even have a desire to smoke!!! Everything smells better, taste better, and I can breathe better. I did it cold turkey and this is huge for the ones close to me who know how I cut up when I dont have my cigarettes! Lol I just wanted to share my story, and let you all know on this Sunday morning if you have a problem you know needs to change, you dont even need the desire to change, just the awareness and a genuine prayer and GOD will turn that thing around for you!!!!
